Lin Pak à Alfred korris of the colony of Hong Kong the persons

whose names are hereunder written have this day agreed to take up

a Crow Lease of the Lot described in the foregoing particulars

on the terms of and subject to the foregoing conditions of Grant

and as grantees hereby agree fully to observe and perform the

said conditions, and to be bound thereby and the Director of

Public Works on behalf of his Ezeɛlleney the governor hereby

ratifies and nfires the grant be above conditions.
